Paper Submission Guideline

  • Please prepare your paper in MS Word according to the following instructions:
  • The manuscript should be written in English approximately 4000-9000 words (5-10 pages) including the references, on a A4 size paper, with the Time New Romans font, 10-pt size, a single space, and double column.
  • The manuscript is written in journal format systematically, which includes: Article’s Title, Author’s Identity, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Research Method, Findings and Discussion (consisting of subdivisions), Conclusions, and References.
  • The title of the article must be straightforward and specific which illustrates the main point of the article comprehensively. It should be placed at the top of the manuscript, centered alignment with 24 pt size. The Author’s Identity consist of Author’s name, the Author’s Institution, Author’s Institution Address, Author's Email Address. It should be placed under the title with 10 pt size. Both of the title and author’s identity should be written in one column.
  • The Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Research Method, Findings and Discussion (consisting of subdivisions), Conclusions, and References should be written in two columns, justified alignment.
  • The first line of Introduction, Research Method, Findings and Discussion (consisting of subdivisions) and Conclusions should be indented by 0.5 cm. The top and bottom margin for each is 2,5 cm whereas the left and right margin is 1,6 cm.
  • The method of reference and citation refers to IEEE style. Information about IEEE style, can be downloaded at It is strongly recommended to use citation manager, especially Mendeley. More information about Mendeley can be checked at its official website,
  • The paragraph of reference should be intended hanging.
  • The deadline for paper submission is May 30th, 2021.
  • Before you send the manuscript to the, please make sure your manuscript file have a filename “(Topic field) Paper title.doc”.

Abstract Submission Guideline  closed

  • The abstract should be submitted until April 10th 2021 at 23:59 via this link form
  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150-250 words.
  • Please download the ABSTRACT_TEMPLATE and follow the format carefully.
  • Any abstracts that do not meet these formatting requirements and/or submitted beyond the deadline date will not be taken into account.
  • Your submission should be in English.
  • All submitted abstracts received by the committee until the above deadline date will be carefully peer-reviewed. 
  • We encourage you to send an informative abstract which is a summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  • Submitted abstract should be original and must not have been previously presented, scheduled for presentation, published, or accepted for publication.
  • Participants are allowed to submit a maximum of one (1) abstract as primary author and no restriction regarding participation as a co-author.
  • Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract.
  • After successful submission, receipt acknowledging the abstract will be sent via an email within three working days.
